Each piece from House of Earthenware is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, rare instances of transit damage may occur.

In such cases, we are committed to making it right.

• We offer a replacement for any damaged item(s) reported within the specified timeframe.
• As our products are part of a curated collection, replacements are subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable, an equivalent alternative or store adjustment will be offered.
• We do not offer cash refunds or monetary reimbursements.

Important Guidelines

• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Natural variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to handcrafted ceramics and add to their uniqueness these are not considered defects.
