  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within India: 4–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
  • Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the website or during promotions.

Packaging & Fragile Items

At House of Earthenware, all ceramic and terracotta products are packed with extra care using protective packaging materials to minimize transit damage.

While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, minor transit-related issues may occasionally occur due to the fragile nature of handmade products.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Clear unboxing video
    • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
    • Order details

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

After review, eligible cases may receive:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial/full refund (depending on the issue)

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that:

  • Your shipping address and contact information are accurate.
  • Someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

House of Earthenware is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability
